By becoming a user of our website, and a member of the Chesterbrook Elementary School PTA, you agree to abide by our terms and policies.
All sales are final. We will accept returns or refunds for items that are damaged.

DATA AND INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
The Chesterbrook PTA collects information from and about you when you register with the Chesterbrook PTA as a Member.
When you register as a Member, we ask for information such as your name, email address, zip code, and a password. Your password will be maintained on our system in an encrypted form.
The Chesterbrook PTA uses the information we collect for the following purposes: to fulfill requests for membership, and fundraising products, improve our website, and to be able to contact you.
INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
The Chesterbrook PTA does not rent, sell, share, or otherwise disclose Personal Information about you with other people or non-affiliated organizations or school.
The Chesterbrook PTA takes appropriate physical and electronic measures to protect against unauthorized access to, alteration of, and disclosure of Personal Information.
Access to Personal Information is limited to Chesterbrook parents, faculty, and staff who need to know that information in order to facilitate communication.
