In this calming and creative summer session, campers will explore ways to care for their minds and bodies through yoga, journaling, and mindfulness activities. Students will learn to recognize and express their emotions, practice kindness toward themselves and others, and build positive coping skills through movement, reflection, and fun group activities. Mindful Me helps children grow confidence, empathy, and relaxation strategies they can use both at school and at home.
